Our strength and conditioning classes are 1 hour long and are usually broken down into 3 sections:
- A dynamic warm up
- Focus on a skill or strength (for example squats or handstands)
- Work out of the day (WOD)
We offer constantly varied and high intensity functional movements which will suit a wide range of people. All of our movements can be scaled to suit your ability. Our classes are carefully programmed and delivered by qualified coaches to ensure you can reach your maximum potentially in a safe and supportive environment.
We offer 1:1 personal training. Our coaches are all qualified individuals who all posses the knowledge, skills and abilities to design and instruct safe and effective exercise programmes to help you reach your desired goal. Please refer to our ‘meet the coaches’ section to get to know the staff a little better.
Use of all gym facilities
Nutrition & Assessments
